The sun was shining brightly as Valentino played alone at the park. His curly brown hair bounced as he spotted a girl with long red hair on the swings.

"Hey! Do you want to play with me?" Valentino asked with a hopeful smile.

"Sure! Let's go and climb that tree," Amber replied, pointing to a tall oak tree nearby.

They raced to the tree, giggling as they began to climb its sturdy branches.

Meeting at the Park

"What's your favourite colour? Is it red, green or blue?" Valentino asked as they sat on a branch.

"I like pink! How about you?" Amber swung her legs back and forth.

"My favourite color is green!" Valentino exclaimed, looking at the leaves above them.

"Do you want to go for a walk?" he asked after they climbed down.

New Friends

"Sure! Let's go to my house and pick up some chalk!" Amber suggested excitedly.

"Okay! Sounds fun! I'll ask my mum. If she says yes, you pass the test!" Valentino laughed.

They ran to their mothers, Pam and Lucy, who were chatting on a nearby bench.

"Our moms traded numbers and said fine, as long as I'm home before bedtime!" Valentino announced proudly.

Adventure to Amber's House

At Amber's house, they drew colorful pictures with chalk on the driveway.

"Can I see some of your toys?" Valentino asked when they went inside.

"Sure, but I don't really have any for boys," Amber replied hesitantly.

Lucy smiled kindly and said, "Toys aren't made for just boys or just girls! They can be enjoyed by anyone in the world."

They played happily with dolls and trucks until it was time for Valentino to go home.

"Will you come again?" Amber asked hopefully.

"Of course I will, because you're my best friend!" Valentino promised with a big smile.
