Even though Lexi and Ashton had crushes on each other in middle school, they didn't start to date until after high school. Something immediately sparked between them on their first date!

Ashton already had one black cat named Ash, but when a black kitten showed up in his back yard, Ashton and Lexi decided to raise her. She was named Freyja, and she was very feisty!

Chicago welcomed them with open arms and gusty winds that tossed Lexi's long hair. They took selfies at The Bean and ate deep-dish pizza at Vito and Nick's. Ashton held Lexi's hand as they walked to the Navy Pier and throughout Chinatown. They left pieces of their hearts in the Windy City.

Rain tapped against the windows as Ashton and Lexi curled up with books. These quiet moments were some of their most treasured.

Ashton drove them to the countryside where stars shimmered like diamonds. Lexi spread out a blanket while he set up his telescope. They pointed out constellations and shared dreams under the vast night sky. Ashton whispered that meeting Lexi was written in the stars.

The music of Attila and Linkin Park filled the kitchen. The cats scampered between their feet, adding chaos to their impromptu dance. These moments made their house feel like home.

Halloween brought out Ashton's creative side as he designed Batman and Catwoman costumes. They were the talk of the night when people saw how great they looked.
